Within the rustic warmth of heavy timber architecture, guests discovered the refined elegance of Japanese "Omotenashi" hospitality—a luxurious harmony between two snow-country cultures.

The evening featured a delicate Kaiseki-style menu, starting with a seasonal Zensai (Appetizer) platter, followed by miso marinated river fish, and the centerpiece: a Shabu-Shabu.
